   atom.ani       Atom pointer, suitable for Wait pointer
   road.ani       Animated roadway. Maybe suitable for something
   turtle.ani     Green turtle with moving feet. General pointer.
   unavail.ani    Rotating "No" sign.


The other files specify a color, such as BLUE.ZIP or YELLOW.ZIP. Each file
   contains the following cursors. The first letter of the filename indicates
   the cursor color so "?apstart.ani" is "bapstart.ani" if blue, "yapstart.ani"
   if yellow and so on.

   ?apstart.ani   Pointer with rotating wheel. App Starting pointer.
   ?breathe.ani   "Breathing" general pointer.
   ?lftrite.ani   Animated Left-Right pointer.
   ?move.ani      Animated Size/Move pointer.
   ?object.ani    Two balls rotate around a cone. Suitable for a pointer.
   ?quest.ani     Same as above with a blinking question mark. For Win95.
   ?ullr.ani      Animated upper-left, lower-right pointer.
   ?updown.ani    Animated up-down pointer
   ?urll.ani      Animated upper-right, lower-left pointer.
